The Communal Spaces

The communal kitchen, made entirely with sustainable building techniques and recycled material, will inspire your senses from the stunning wooden wavey cealing to the colourful bottle and glass installations. It has been set up for all your self catering needs with a gas cooker, electric oven, pots and pans, fridge & freezer and sink etc etc.

All taps on site are drinking water straight from our own well, so you can refill your water bottles and save on plastic bottles.

Every yurt is provided with its own set of plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, cutlery and storage space. You just need to bring your own food and drink!

The Banquet Hall is built with surround windows so it will feel like you are dining in the outdoors.
There’s also a Tea & Coffee station that you can help yourself with.
If there is anything you think is missing we will add it to the wish list!

Outside, sheltered by a pergola, there is a Wood Fired Clay Pizza Oven and gas or charcoal BBQs free to use for cooking and dining outdoors.

The campfire will keep you warm in the evenings and is the communal meeting place for a chat,
meeting people, star gazing, music sessions, story telling and any improvised fun!
To use the campfire you can bring your own wood or you can buy bags of wood onsite.

The Wood Barn is our social space for your use.
Beautifully hand crafted with old joinery school carpentry it can also be used for groups or companies that are willing to host weddings, ceremonies, functions, retreats, talks and workshops and team building events.

Toilet & Shower Facilities: every yurt has its own private toilet assigned and there’s 2 ample showers as a shared facility with other guests.

The Wanderly Wagon has it’s own kitchen, toilet & shower on board!
